Return and Exchange Policy

Every order is handmade just for you. Therefore all product is custom made, so returned items cant be resold on our website. We strongly encourage responsible shopping.

  • Find out as much information you can about the product prior to ordering and if you have confusion PLEASE email us with ANY questions.
  • Always double check your order before you complete your checkout and if you see a mistake after your checkout please notify us as quickly as possible. We will then try our BEST to accommodate you, although this is not always possible since we start making and ship very quickly!
However, at the end of the day we understand mistakes happen. So here's our promise:

  • If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
  • If you make a mistake with your order, email us and we will see what we can do to help you get the item you want. We want our customers to be HAPPY with their order.
  • Returns and Exchanges are at our discretion.

Please note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by us.
